End User License Agreement for Kiosk Fonts Font Software
Please read this agreement carefully. By installing Kiosk Fonts font software (“font”, “fonts”), the user (“you”) fully agrees to the terms of this license. If you do not wish to enter into this agreement, do not purchase, access, download and/or install or otherwise use our fonts.
- Each Kiosk font is licensed for a use by a maximum of five simultaneus users, in one geographic location (typically an office or design studio). The geographic restriction does not apply to portable computers, in case they are owned by you.
- Kiosk Fonts offers a non-exclusive license for using the fonts for your own personal or business purposes according to the terms of this agreement. If the number of users exceeds the number of five, please contact hello[at]kiosk-fonts.de in order to purchase a multi-user-license.
- Every font provided on www.kiosk-fonts.de, and every copy of it, remains the intellectual property of the respective designer. Therefore, you may not modify, alter, disassemble or rename the font. This applies also to the code inside the font files. By obtaining a font license, you do not gain ownership of the font as such.
- You may make back-up copies of the font for archival purposes only. You must make sure to keep exclusive control over such copies.
- You may embed the font or rasterized representations of it in electronic documents such as PDFs and applications, as long as only printing and viewing of the text is possible. If you intend to the use the font in documents or applications permitting editing of the text, please contact hello[at]kiosk-fonts.de to obtain an additional license.
- Any outline information derived from any font is still licensed for the same number of devices as the original and may not be sub-licensed, given away, or sold without written permission.
- You may not sell, rent, give away or sub-license the font – neither individually nor in a collection. You may not use the font data as a blueprint for your own design.
- You may take a digitized copy of the font used in a particular document to a commercial printer for printing. After the process is finished, the copy stored in the printers’ computer must be deleted. In the event of any modifications to the document or use of the font for other purposes, the printer must purchase an own font license.
- Kiosk fonts are provided “as is”. Use our fonts at your own risk, without any warranty. The entire responsibility as to the quality and performance of the font rests upon you. We do not guarantee the functions contained in our fonts will meet your requirements or that the operation of the font software will be uninterrupted and error-free.
- Kiosk Fonts shall in no event be liable to the licensed user or any other third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including damages from loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, arising out of the use or inability to use the font even if notified in advance. Under no circumstances shall Kiosk Fonts’ liability exceed the replacement cost of the font.
- You may not offer the font for download on any webpage or file sharing application. Also, you may not include or upload the font in any online font-archive.
- Kiosk fonts may be updated, replaced or taken off sale at any time, without further announcement.
- In case any of the terms in this agreement being violated, your license is terminated immediately. In the event of termination, you must delete the original and any copies of the font.

Kiosk Fonts free font license agreement
Have fun using free Kiosk Fonts font software (“font”, “fonts”), but respect the following rules:
- Free fonts are intended for private and educational use only. Using a free font in a commercial project (this means anyone is earning money with it), requires obtaining a commercial license. In this case, contact hello[at]kiosk-fonts.de
- Every font provided on www.kiosk-fonts.de remains the intellectual property of the respective designer. Therefore, you may not modify, alter, disassemble or rename the font. This applies also to the code inside the font files.
- You may not sell, rent or give away the font – neither individually nor in a collection. You may not use the font data as a blueprint for your own design.
- You may not sell or rent derivative works of the font, such as letter- or alphabet-themed products. You may not sell products using the font as the main visual element (such as a logo). This can be discussed and be allowed in case you purchase a license at hello[at]kiosk-fonts.de
- Kiosk fonts are provided “as is”. Use our fonts at your own risk, without any warranty. The entire responsibility as to the quality and performance of the font rests upon you. We do not guarantee the functions contained in our fonts will meet your requirements or that the operation of the font software will be uninterrupted and error-free.

- You may not post a direct download link to the font file (deep-link), neither online nor in an e-mail. If you intend to call attention to a font, always link to the Kiosk Fonts main page.
- You may not offer the font for download on any webpage or file sharing application. Also, you may not include or upload the font in any online font-archive.
- Kiosk fonts may be updated, replaced or taken offline at any time, without further announcement.
- If you do not agree with any of the points mentioned in this agreement, do not download, install or use free Kiosk fonts.
